The Wild Dunes Resort room block is currently sold out. Click here to join the waitlist. We highly recommend you book accommodations at one of the overflow properties listed below or elsewhere just in case we are not able to get you into the block at Wild Dunes Resort.
Wild Dunes Resort Accommodations Information, Map, and Amenities
Entry Gates
If you are checking in, use one of the two lanes closest to the gate house. The third lane on the other side of the gate house is for guests already checked in.
When you arrive at the gate, you will receive your check-in instructions and directions on where to go next.
Residences guests:
Will be directed to check in at the underground garage entrance across from Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center at the Residences to pick up your room key and valet or self-park.
You must go to the front desk at either the Sweetgrass Inn or Boardwalk Inn to confirm your credit card for incidentals. If you do not provide a credit card, you will not be allowed room charges.
Sweetgrass Inn and Boardwalk Inn guests:
Will be directed to those properties for check in.
Home, villa and condo guests:
Will check in at the gate and proceed to your place.
Free Wild Dunes Resort Shuttles
If you need to get from your room to the Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center or other parts of the resort, Wild Dunes offers complimentary shuttle service throughout the resort property.

Conference Golf Carts for Those with Mobility Issues
SCAC will have three six-passenger carts driven by designated SCAC staff available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to transport anyone with mobility issues. They will be stationed at the Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center and available if you need to travel to the Sweetgrass Inn, Boardwalk Inn, Residences at Sweetgrass, or any of the Resort Core Condos. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m.-2:45 p.m. and 6:30-10 p.m. Wednesday.
To request a ride, please go to the Annual Conference Registration Desk at the Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center and ask an SCAC staff member for assistance.
Self-Parking
Self-parking is very limited at Wild Dunes. There are two areas available for self-parking: the brick lot in front of the Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center and the area around the tennis courts. Please note that it is first come, first serve and very limited.
Valet Parking
Wild Dunes offers complimentary valet service at: The Sweetgrass Inn, The Residences, The Boardwalk Inn, and the Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center (Monday/Tuesday – 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; Wednesday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.). After hours, keys left at the Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center will be moved to the Sweetgrass Inn if they are not retrieved.
Group Tip for Valet Parking Staff
SCAC has provided a group tip for the valet parking attendants for the duration of the conference. An additional tip isn’t necessary but is appreciated if you choose to provide one. Please note that this tip does NOT
cover resort restaurants and bars, only valet parking staff.
