Friday Report - April 18, 2025

The Senate worked through several bills on the floor and took up numerous bills in committees and subcommittees in preparation for their debate of the budget bill (H. 4025) on the floor next week.

The Senate will reconvene Monday to hold a rare proceeding on the floor to remove the state treasurer from office and will begin debate on the budget Tuesday. Meanwhile, the House was on furlough this week and will return to statewide session Tuesday.
