Make a hotel reservation at the Hilton Columbia Center (924 Senate Street, Columbia, SC 29201). To ensure you receive the SCAC room rate of $219.00 (plus taxes, $249.66), reserve your room before January 27, 2025. Self-parking is $18 (+8% tax) and valet is $26 (+8% tax) per day. Individual cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the check-in date. If you prefer to make your reservations by phone, please call 1-800-HILTONS and mention the group code, C-90X.

  • If you are sending a check, the hotel must receive the check one month prior to your check-in. Please include your confirmation number on the check to help the accounting department attach payment to the correct reservation.
  • Fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form if you are paying with a credit card that is not in your name.

Hampton Inn Columbia Downtown (one block from the Pastides Alumni Center)

To ensure you receive the SCAC room rate of $189.00 (plus taxes, $215.46), reserve your room before January 27, 2025. Self-parking is $16 (+8% tax) per day. Individual cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the check-in date. If you prefer to make your reservations by phone, please call 1-800-HILTONS and mention the group code, C-91A.
