Two new Institute of Government Level II classes are now available online.
The first is Financial Management. The focus of this course is on understanding the basic elements of financial management and the role elected officials have in county financial decisions.
The second course now available is The Property Taxation Process. This course examines the property taxation process in South Carolina with emphasis on the most recent changes.
In order to access the courses, use the link below. If you are not logged into the Member Portal, you will be prompted to log in with those credentials.
Once logged in, you will be taken to the Dashboard where you can click on the “Catalog” tab on the top menu to find the courses. After you complete a course, you will receive a completion email and a link to the course evaluation.
