Spotlight: Rachael Stephenson

This week’s SCAC Team Spotlight is Rachael Stephenson. Racheal oversees the association’s workers’ compensation claims adjusters and administrative staff. She has 25 years of unique experience handling all aspects of claims from medical management, physician’s office administration, risk management, and claimant’s work.

When asked what she enjoys about her work, Rachael said, “What I love the most about my position is working closely with county representatives, injured employees, and medical professionals to achieve good outcomes on claims. I say it all the time and mean every word – I am so blessed to work with the best adjusters in the state! Our team is incredible, and I love it!”

Rachael’s coworkers describe her as caring, professional, and very thorough. She is a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for Richland County. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and reading. She holds an associate degree in Medical Assistant Technology.
