Demographic Impacts on Planning and Zoning
Webinar participants will learn about demographic trends and projections for South Carolina and its regions. A panel of county officials will discuss the planning challenges and opportunities stemming from demographic changes in their communities, and participants will hear from an expert about development impact fees and other tools to help manage the fiscal realities of growth.
Participation will satisfy the 3-hour continuing education requirement for planning and zoning officials governed by the South Carolina Planning Education Advisory Committee. On completion of the webinar, participants will receive a certificate of attendance via the email used for registration.
GROUP VIEWINGS: In order to receive individual certificates of attendance for group attendees, a facilitator must register for the webinar and be physically present during the webinar to track attendance. A link to an attendee sheet will be emailed to the facilitator to be completed and returned to SCAC. Certificates for group viewing attendees will then be emailed to the facilitator.
